(MELT
Strength Immersion) module one Before a body can be mobile and efficient, it needs to be stable.
The MELT Strength Immersion Series Module One Training will expand your
understanding of pelvic and shoulder girdle stability. Multiple
techniques using resistant bands, MELT Rollers, and body weight will be
taught in this two-day training. Gain a sound understanding of core
stability while moving your arms and/or legs to improve efficiency
regardless of age or fitness level.

MELT New Science/Hand and Foot Instructor.
